Chamber Insurance Trust and Health Champion LLC, a Connecticut based health care advocacy and information service have entered into an alliance to provide health advocacy services to Chamber members. Health Champion helps consumers make sense of the increasingly complex maze of health care and benefit decisions.  Health Champion serves as a resource for objective information and as an advocate for individuals who need help with medically-related concerns and health plan regulations.

Health Champion, an independent third party with expertise in medical management, chronic care management and health plan operations can work directly with Chamber members to assist them in making health plan decisions. In addition, Health Champion can provide assistance and advocacy for Chamber members and their employees in a variety of clinically – related situations including locating specialists, researching treatment options and assisting clients in treatment for a medical condition to obtain the necessary health plan authorizations in order to maximize reimbursement. The services provided by Health Champion extend to assisting Chamber members and their employees with health care coverage issues for their elderly parents and dependent children.

 Chamber members are entitled to a free one hour consultation by a Health Champion expert in the areas of:
